So most of you know that I enrolled in the Ship Shape program at the Navy base. I’ve been doing really well.
My eating habits have changed and my drill sergeant personal trainer, Earnest has been very helpful.
A friend of mine told me about this “recipe” for a quick and easy lunch option. Its so darn good… I love it!!
It is a 8 cal wrap (wheat) with low fat cream cheese spread and 98% fat free Turkey breast, romaine lettuce, tomato and a teaspoon of fat free(lite) Caesar dressing! Then you use toothpicks to hold it in, cut and voila… amazing ![]()
I’ve gotten better at rolling it up, lol! This was my first day of making it so its kind of sloppy
